Heritage Ambassadors Network (HAN) is a socio conscious and dynamic class organization envisioned to advance the idea of free society, democracy, leadership and mentorship in Nigeria
The Nigerian state over the years has been afflicted with leadership failure and developmental challenges which has consequently sunk the societal value system into an abyss of humanistic regression. The hampered progressive strides in Nigeria have been largely due to the nation’s inability to nurture and inspire selfless leadership for the general interest of the people on the part of sustained development.
In our quest to build a Nigeria of our collective hope and aspiration, it has become obvious that one major impediment to realization of our dream is lack of extensive leadership and constructive nation building model.

Clearly, now, more than ever before, is the time to collectively nuture and proactively redirect the enterprising efforts of the Youth into the productive base of the national economy for rapid socio-economic development.

The network is coming at a time when there is heightened optimism and confidence in the agenda for achieving a futuristic goal. Also, the network is a complement to our development drive as we march forward in unison to transform Nigeria into a dynamic country of pride.
MISSION STATEMENT
To reverse the intolerable and degrading condition in Nigeria while protecting the interest of all

To see a Nigeria where intolerable and degrading condition would be a thing of the past, a Nigeria where probity and sanity shall reign.

VISION
To be a pace setting organization which will build the Nigeria of our collective hope and aspirations through youth empowerment with widespread acceptance within and outside Nigeria.

OUR BELIEVE
That Nigeria could be better if only integrity is made the partner in the “Nigeria Project”
That Nigeria has a nation has not fail us but leadership has failed us.
Goals and Objectives
The ultimate goals of Heritage Ambassadors Network are:
To function as an avenue for youth sensitization and leadership development.
The Youth policy has the following objectives:
▪ To invest in aspiring youths ability to render selfless service towards the transmogrification of our state.
▪ To ensure that the youth policy reflect the full participation of both male and female in National development– not only to ensure youth participation, but to also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Youth.
* To ensure that the values of integrity, hard work, patriotism and sincerity is envisaged among our youth.
▪ To promote the legacies of uprightness, determination, diligence and patriotism to our father land.
* To campaign, advocate and support activities geared towards mentoring youths educationally and socially.
To propagate the idea of free society and also to re-awaken the general consciousness of every young entrepreneurs and aspiring youths to rise up the challenges of nation building.
To promote sustainable development and building partnership with major stakeholders of the Nigeria project
To advance policy integration and coordinating distinctive humanitarian action
To promote the peace development nexus and also to gainfully raise awareness on emerging issues
To guide operational activities for development and work with civil society

HERITAGE AMBASSADORS NETWORK:
SINGING A NEW SONG
Nigeria since independence (1960) has had different leadership styles, and has not been able to give us the leadership of our dream.
We are aware our leaders has never planned to fail and God is not against us, but lack of vision, honesty and integrity has been our problem.
By simple deduction, the old song has not helped us and cannot transform the nation.
What we have today is a centralized monoeconomy, managed by few hands which encourages corruption and make the entire population dependent.
Heritage Ambassadors Network therefore is poised to sing a new song.

PROGRAMME
HERITAGE AMBASSADORS NETWORK HEADQUARTERS
The organization shall establish a Heritage Ambassadors Network headquarters in abuja the capital city of Nigeria. The edifice ( the proposed Heritage Ambassadors House) will provide offices, library and research for trained official whose duty will primarily be to preempt the degrading condition In the country.

HONOURARY HERITAGE AMBASSADORS NETWORK COUNCIL
The organization shall appoint distinguished Nigerians who are full of courage, empathy and honesty, Nigerians who are men and women of integrity to constitute the council of Honorary Heritage Ambassadors Network, who will from time to time meet up to deliberate on the fundamental objective of restoring back complete and confirmed integrity in the country

VOLUNTEER CORPS
The organization shall admit youth as volunteer Heritage Ambassadors Network corps, which will be established in ever state of the federation.
The corps will also be introduced in the secondary and tertiary institutions to promote sanity and integrity in the country.
